Soul Saturday

What better way to highlight the amazing culinary scene on a very prominent street (also nicknamed “Restaurant Row”) in Hamilton, ON than to shut that street down and throw an amazing Bloc Party.

We developed an identity for this Bloc Party that was inspired by the theme of the whole event, New Orleans inspired soul. With this original vision in mind, we designed a logo that carried the this feel by incorporating custom calligraphy, texture, and character. Once developing the logo we defined key colours that would best represent to be applied to marketing, promotional material, and apparel.
